Delivery Information

Gizmoozle delivers its listed bundles across South Africa using PUDO locker collection. The delivery charge is included in the displayed bundle price.

Choose your collection locker

Choose the exact locker you prefer — near home, work or on your route. On the product page, select Find my PUDO locker to open The Courier Guy's official locker map. Copy the locker name, suburb and town into the PUDO locker field, and provide the recipient cellphone number. We will contact you if your selected locker cannot be used.

Delivery is to the chosen PUDO locker, not to your home or office. Shopify may request a contact address during checkout.

Order processing

Orders paid by Sunday at 17:00 South African time are generally prepared for dispatch the following Wednesday or Thursday. These are estimated dispatch days, not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing and courier times can vary.

Collection and tracking

Once dispatched, collection timing depends on the courier and selected locker. You will receive collection instructions when the parcel is ready. Please follow any collection deadline given by the courier.
